Any goods returned must be unused, in original packaging and in full resalable condition.
Damages during transit must be reported immediately to Alora House. No claims for damage or faulty goods will be accepted outside of 7 days from delivery.
Credits are issued on the return of damaged or faulty goods that have been properly packed for the return.
Please email us prior to returning the goods so we can confirm details. Goods returned for other reasons must be authorized by Alora House and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
This does not apply to any bed or special order purchases. Please contact us before purchasing a bed if you have any questions.
