Really? It sounds like a 4-year old that's learning to count...but we have tried this and it works a dream (excuse the pun) Having a comfortable bed and bedding is something we can help with but the getting to sleep isn't quite so easy!
Give this a try and let us know what works for you when it comings to nodding off.
- Breathe in through your nose for four seconds.
- Hold your breath for seven seconds.
- Slowly breathe out through your mouth for eight seconds.
- Repeat this process until you fall asleep.
